ITINERARY
Aigues Valley
A great day to start your EBIKE MTB HOLIDAYS is spend the morning to stretch your legs and discover the quaint villages in the ‘Pierre Gros’ area, Molines en Queyras and St Véran, (your guide will take the time to give you a tour) followed by an excursion to the ‘Vallée de la Blanche’ to admire the glacial lakes nestled at the foot of the ‘Tête d’Estoilies’, visit the recently renovated refuge to sample the delicious homemade blueberry tart in the sunshine before heading back down through alpine pastures and larch forests.
Souliers & Lac de roue
In the Queyras area today and we’re going to head up hill to the imposing Château Queyras Fort and to reach the hidden Souliers Valley. Take the time to admire the splendid Lac de Roue where the colours change with every season. This is the midpoint of our tour so we will treat ourselves to lunch at a refuge!
The High Guil Valley
Departing from Abries village and heading to the mystical Mount Viso! 3844m high and situated just over the other side of the border in Italy…A picnic stop in the High Guil Valley, if we have the time and the energy we can pedal in the other direction and visit the Valpreyvere Hamlet and Valley.
Ceillac Valley
The two valleys in Ceillac are unmissable and are often said to be the best place to go on an e-MTB ride. Riding opposite the Font Sancte massif with views of the soaring Queyras summit, refreshing mountain streams where you can dip in your toes, lush forests, remarkable geology and villages stuck in time, all of this reminding us of what’s so great about the Queyras.
