ITINERARY OF YOUR EBIKE MTB TOUR
Emparis Plateau
Minibus transfer from our departure point at the Eyglier Bike Centre to the Besse hamlet. A pedal up to the Emparis Plateau, then a panoramic ride across the spectacular plateau before descending to La Grave (famous for its freeride skiing) with stunning views of the Meije Glacier…. unforgettable!

On the road to the Cerces!
For this second day of your EBIKE MTB TOUR, we are heading over the Col du Lautaret to the “classic route” in the area, the “Chemin du Roy”. A single track cutting its way along the edge of the mountain with uninterrupted views of the Ecrins Massif, the Pelvoux Glacier, the Agneaux and the Casset… Then we head into the Clarée Valley and take the beautiful downhill trail into the Nevache Valley… Welcome to the Cerces Massif under the light of the evening sun!

Mountain bike session in the Clarée (Where you won’t have to carry your bike!)
There are only good routes in the Clarée! Why not go back up to the top of the Granon to enjoy the amazing technical downhill through the woods? Keep the surprise until the last minute and let your guide decide.
Quick transfer at the end of the day to get back to the little mountain village of Cervières

Mountain bike session in the Clarée (Where you won’t have to carry your bike!)

Queyras Enduro
A transfer to the mythical Col de l’Izoard for a day of 100% Enduro in the Queyras. Without doubt one of the most spectacular enduro lines in the area…We don’t need to tell you anymore…Bienvenue à la maison !

The Furfande Pastures
Last day of your EBIK MTB TOUR, but certainly not the least! One of the best MTB descents in the Alps. Direction Col de Furfande 1000m ride up for a final impressive 1500m ride down to the Mont Dauphin Fort (UNESCO World Heritage Site).
Arrive by bike at the GUIL EBIKE Centre where you left your car
An advanced level of MTB is required for this tour
You should able to ride switchbacks, control your braking and have experience of riding on single tracks. You should master all MTB skills and be able to handle all types of terrain. If you have any doubt about your ability please contact us so we can advise you on the best tour for you.
Average ascent / descent = 1100 m minimum / day (Sometimes more like 1400m)
Distance / Day = 40 to 50 kms per day

Pistes suitable for a motor vehicle = 20 % (Accessible for everyone, ascents and descents, sometimes at altitude)
Playful fun paths = 40% (Suitable for proficient riders. No real dangers)
Technical paths = 40 % (Often narrow or rocky, a knowledge of basic biking techniques is required)a

The accommodation provided has been chosen for their outstanding hospitality, quality of food and ability to cater to groups of cyclists. (Secure area for bike storage, repairs zone and bike wash…) We will let you know further details of the accommodation when we receive your enrolment dossier
Most of the accommodation for our tours are in gites or shared rooms and include full board. (The picnics are provided by the gite or Guil e bike staff). We also provide a snack, however, we recommend that you bring your own additional refreshments so that you can sample a few of the delicious local specialities…
